The CfPA is a non-profit trade organization dedicated to helping manifest the promise of Crowdfunding’s inclusion in the 2012 JOBS Act. Part of our mission is to educate our constituents on the many issues that face them on the path to commercializing invention, expanding business and providing services. Below is a list of resources for investors and entrepreneurs. These resources provide information to individuals to better understand our fast evolving landscape, keep everyone up to date on changes in laws affecting Crowdfunding, and industry best practices.
Additionally, a series of “Crowdfunding 101” videos were created by some of our founding members shortly after passage of the JOBS Act, including the full-length video (56min) on introduction to Crowdfunding by Woodie Neiss and Ryan Feit. If you’re pressed for time and would prefer to watch each of the six parts individually, we edited the full video into more digestible segments.
